After my maternity leave, I felt inspired to pursue my true calling — children’s illustration. Since then, I’ve illustrated several children’s books. Creating illustrations for children’s books is my greatest passion, and being part of this magical world fills me with joy every day.

It is an honor for me to be part of this project and to illustrate these stories. I truly love how children grow step by step, discovering new and important things about themselves. In these books, you can feel the warmth, love, and deep understanding with which Sarah approaches children and childhood.
Creating Wild Roots
Sarah and Natalia first connected online and quickly found a creative rhythm that felt just right. What began as a single project has grown into an ongoing collaboration, with two books completed together, a third underway, and a fourth already taking shape. Natalia has an extraordinary ability to take Sarah’s scattered thoughts and turn them into illustrations that feel grounded, alive, and true to the heart of each story. Though they live on opposite sides of the world, their shared commitment to creating meaningful, lasting children’s books continues to bring the work, and the stories, to life.
